The Mud Girl Run is a 5k run with over 17 obstacles that is open to all women between the ages of 7 to 78 (a record to beat!). The short running distance makes this challenge achievable to all levels of athletes. You don’t have to run, as long as you are enjoying yourself, it doesn’t matter if you run, walk, or take a break.
