ARTFUL MOVEMENT WITH YOGA 4 CHANGE

Join us on the 3rd Sunday of each month for Artful Movement; a yoga class held live in the MOCA galleries.
In collaboration with local non-profit Yoga 4 Change, with Artful Movement, we give you an opportunity of catharsis and pause. Join us for yoga in the galleries once a month on Sunday mornings. These classes are designed for all ages and practice levels. Please bring your own yoga mat.
